How to Brew
Steep 1/2 to 1 teaspoon for 2-5 minutes, recommended at 80 degrees C / 175F.

While tea has no real expiry if stored well, we recommend consuming within two years. However for maximum freshness it’s ideal to consume within 6 months of opening.

Are your teas caffeine free?
All our teas are caffeine free.
You will find Dandelion Root in our MoVE blend, which doesn't have any caffeine. One of the biggest benefits of dandelion, however, is that it's full of nutrients to start your day off on the right foot.
What are Zhenya's Qualifications?
Zhenya holds a Certificate in Holistic Nutrition and is an I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist. Her passion and interest has always been in gut health, she's worked alongside several Functional Medicine Doctors and Naturopaths, whose focus' were also held in gut health and women's health.
