Australia-wide, usually 3-15 business days delivery time for in-stock items depending on location.
Delivery of your purchase
Unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible for payment of all delivery/shipping charges for your purchase/s on this website.
Please allow at least ten (10) working days for delivery from the receipt and payment for your order.
Delivery time is subject to stock availability and the location of the purchaser. This period may be extended by up to 30 days by us. We will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that extension.
All delivery dates and times are outside of our control, therefore we cannot guarantee exact times and dates.
We use a number of different delivery methods depending on the type of order. Some may require a signature and cannot be left unattended while in some cases we can include instructions for your parcel to be left in a safe location.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts: If the delivery is by a courier service, products will generally not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier usually requires a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address, however you may provide instruction for leaving the parcel when finalising your order. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card is left at the delivery address and the parcel is re-directed to the nearest depot. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or for paying an additional delivery charge.
When goods are delivered by Australia Post a signature is required from an occupant at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a card is left at the delivery address and the parcel is re-directed to the nearest Post Office. The parcel remains at the post office for collection for about 10 days, after which it is automatically returned to us. If this occurs we will charge an additional delivery charge if the customer asks for it to be resent. Items returned to us due to unattended delivery are not refundable. The customer is totally responsible for collecting the parcel from the post office within the time frame allowed by Australia Post, or from the special courier depot. You may agree or ask to have your item left at your delivery address when unattended. If this occurs then you agree to be fully responsibility for the item once the item has been left at the address as per your request. If the item is lost we take no responsibility for it.
Yes! We ship internationally. Please note: there may be delays in International deliveries and we are seeing delays of an additional 2-4 weeks in shipping. Please allow extra time on all deliveries.
International orders are sent via Australia Post or Shippit. Please allow for 1-2 working days to dispatch (pick & pack) your order. Delivery times can vary from country to country however are generally within 14 business days. Once you have added the desired PROPPR products to your cart and entered a delivery address, shipping will be automatically calculated.
Delivery areas covered:
$34 for one PROPPR and $46 for two placed in one order.
$45 for one PROPPR and $60 for two placed in one order.

Duties and taxes
All orders outside of Australia will be sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:
- The sales tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer (not PROPPR) and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
PROPPR will not be held responsible for goods that you fail to pay customs and duties for and does not offer refunds in this event.
PROPPR will not be held responsible for the period it takes goods to clear your local customs authority.
